- You MUST come to the terminal at least 20 minutes before the departure. The cruise will depart right on the scheduled time and WILL NOT WAIT for those who are late. No refunds or changes can be made for being late.

- You must complete a boarding declaration and exchange it for a paper ticket after confirming your ID at the ticket office. (Admission with mobile tickets is not possible due to ID verification procedures)
- Operations continue in rain or snow; however, service will be suspended in the event of heavy rain, a cold wave warning, or if the Paldang Dam discharge exceeds 3,000 tons. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
- The cruise will operate as scheduled even on rainy days unless there is severe wind. If the cruise operation is canceled by the cruise company, a full refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, the cruise departs exactly on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds or changes will be issued for missed cruises. Please make sure to arrive at the terminal at least 20 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in.
