We reserved two separate packages and were initially assigned to different groups. However, both Windsor and XIU were incredibly accommodating and managed to arrange for us to be together. They reached out to us a day prior, provided clear instructions, and were very friendly throughout the process. Overall, we had a great trip and were very pleased with the experience!

Good trip of snowboard. The coach is very fluent in putonghua and English, especially Lim, Kyu and the female coach. Join next time.

The guide is very nice, including Danny, Molly, and 小胖. Their putonghua is pretty good which is unexpected. They may contact you before one day and also the pick up location is so clear. I was very enjoyable. I will join it next time.

Tony and Liam were great tour guides, very funny and welcoming. They helped us on the slopes when they noticed I was having difficulty. Overall easy and smooth experience. I like that they organise everything and we just sit back and relax. Tony even found us waiting in the pick up area and showed us to the bus stop.

Great activity! Pick up was smooth and Tony and the team were so nice and fun. The ‘lesson’ was very basic, didn’t last long, but it was still really great value for the price .

A nice activity to experience snow and ski. The tour operator is efficient and on time.The tour guide/instructor is friendly and very helpful. The lesson given is very basic. If you want to learn more skiing skills, you could hire a private instructor.

My second time with them, previously with Liam and now Hailyn. They are great as usual. Hailyn is very accommodating and assisted me well when I needed assistance for an injury, she was there to help and monitor till the time we got off the bus! Kudos to her and the team! ❤️

ski instructor liam went out of the way to guide and give tips to snowboard better. he is also very detailed and patient in answering queries. 10/10 would recommend him if you were to visit elysian!

Amazing experience but it s cold and a bit difficult to play. I dont think we need to buy lift pass if we are beginner as we ll take a lot of time to practice. But you definely need a glove. Tour guide - Peter- is very helpful and supportive. He helped me a lot. Thank you.

I would like to thank Trazy and our instructor, Won, for providing us a seamless arrangement for this trip. Won has been very professional, nice and patient with us even we have young children and elderly. The fundamental skiing skills that he taught us are easy to understand and we can start off straight away. We even went to a higher, steeper slope after a few rounds of practise. We had a lot of fun and this is one of the best memory we had in Korea. I highly recommend this package!

Then the whole ski experience was very fun that we decided to stay 1 day longer. Unfortunately i left my bag on the bus. Joy (our ski instructor) was very attentive and nice. She found it , then called me then returned the next day. The whole staff were super nice, helpful and kind. I recommend this experience with 5 stars. Thank you all for making our holiday memorable.

Really enjoyed our first time skiing! So happy that our coaches, Joy, Peter, and Mr. Park are very accommodating and friendly! They speak great english and have great personalites! Highly recommend this trip ❤️ They taught us the basics of skiing well. We even got free drinks and coupons from them. Will definitely book this in the future again 🥰

Thank you Joy for guiding us during the lesson. The planning is smooth and the guides reminded us on the time and venue. The ski resort is quite crowded although it is a weekday.

A well organized trip, with friendly and helpful guides. Peter, one of the snowboard instructors, took time to ensure that you got the basics, before leaving you on your own to build your confidence. In terms of the resort, the slopes are okay, though you’d probably want to try a bigger resort if you were a bit more experienced. The dining facilities are a bit lacking.

It was so fun! Good points: -Kind instructors -Nice bus -Pretty ski clothes rental -So much fun -Complimentary hot chocolate -Lots of freedom Things that could be improved/tips -The restaurant there is a little pricey so if you want to save money bring your own food and eat it in the orange cabin -It was a little bit difficult to hear the instructor during the lesson so maybe a louder microphone? -It would have been nice to eat food with the others so maybe an optional meeting place and time for those who came solo to eat with the group -The ski gloves aren't rented, they have to be bought -Theres no convenience store there so bring what you need Overall it was so much fun! Enough time to ski and enjoy Elysian. I want to go again! Thank you Peter and Joy 😊

Really enjoyed this trip and the weather was perfect as it was snowing, it made the skiing experience even more enjoyable. Elysian has 2 Beginner slopes which are perfect for those who don’t have a lot of ski experience. Would like to commend both Peter and Joy as our tour guides. Peter is always responsive whenever you have questions before and during the trip. Joy was our instructor for the ski and she explains the important concepts really well but we were a big group so it was challenging for her to attend to everyone especially a lot of people have questions/concerns given that it is their first time to ski. Peter was able to assist towards the end after he finished with the snowboarding lessons but would have been better if Joy have someone to assist her right from the beginning. Nevertheless, the experience is still very enjoyable and will definitely book this package again in the future and would recommend to my friends visiting Korea.
