The exchange ticket is so smooth, however, the exchange location is not the ticket station, it's at the group ticket station, I hope Trazy can update this information

The stuff is nice and help with everything. Apart the clothes being ridiculous and smelly everything was good. Good experience for a reasonable price.

We had so much fun and very easy. We did not have to line up for our tickets for it is already ready for us at the customer service for foreigners inside the building. The clothes were pretty used up so best if you have your own clothing. You can just used the ones they offer if you are missing something. Skis and equipments were good. The ski resort is small so tendency to line up for a long time for lifts.

This is the best package for ski lovers. Good price with all necessary items. Highly recommended. Surely will purchase again next time. Thanks so much, Trazy.

This was only my 2nd time snowboarding, and this place was a great place to learn! I went with my more experienced friend and she enjoyed herself, too! I stayed on the easy slope and she went on steeper ones. We took public transportation from Busan, but when the lifts close at 8:30pm, no more busses come. We tried calling taxis on kakaotaxi but none would pick it up. Eventually, the information desk called a taxi company for us, LOL. Next time, I will leave with the last bus around 6:30pm. Be warned!

The ticketing office and rentals were fine - but take your own food and drinks. The food court is ridiculously overpriced and only Korean food available. There was only 2 slopes open as well. The resort looks terrible from the outside and the whole place really needs some upgrade work done. I won't go back to Eden Valley again.
