To change your pickup time or terminal, please contact the customer service center at least 1 day before the scheduled pickup date (no later than 6:00pm KST). Changes requested after this time cannot be accommodated.
You will be required to fill out a form after completing the reservation. Your reservation will be finalized once the operator confirms the form. The form must be submitted by 1:00PM (KST) the day before the rental date. If the form is not completed before the visit, there may be a wait time of over 1 hour for pickup, or other issues may arise.
After submitting the form, the local operator will contact you via email within 1-2 days.
If you book only 1 day in advance, you will not receive an email. In this case, you can contact the staff directly using the details on your voucher.
If the equipment is not returned without prior contact, corresponding action will be taken.

No repair fees will be charged for minor scratches or general wear and tear.
If the product is lost or damaged beyond repair during the rental period, 100% of the product's retail price will be charged. For transparency, a purchase receipt will be provided.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 3 days. However, you may still use the equipment for just 1–2 days if you pay for 3.
What if I lose or damage the rental item?
No charges apply for minor scratches or normal wear. However, if the product is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged 100% of the item’s retail price. A receipt will be provided for transparency.
Are gimbal or photo printer fees charged differently?
Gimbal and photo printer rental fees are fixed and apply for the entire mobile phone rental period.
