Where is the bike rental shop located?
The rental shop is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Jeju Airport. Detailed directions will be provided in your confirmation email.
What time can I pick up the bicycle?
You can select your preferred pick-up time within the shop’s operating hours (9:00am~7:00pm).
How do I return the bicycle?
You can return the bicycle directly to the rental shop. If you prefer to have the bike picked up from your location in Jeju, a delivery service is available for an additional fee. Please contact the shop in advance to arrange this service.
What's the difference between a mountain bike and road bike?
Mountain bikes offer more stable control and are better suited for rough terrain, but they tend to be heavier, which makes achieving high speeds more difficult. Road bikes are lighter and built for speed on smooth pavement, though the drop handlebars might take some getting used to and can feel less stable for beginners.
