- In order to participate in the lesson, you must be equipped with ski equipment/clothes and have a lift pass. Please make sure you have your gear and lift pass ready before you meet the instructor in order to maximize the lesson time.
- Please write down a messenger ID (WhatsApp/Line) where you can be easily reached upon booking as the instructor will contact you via messenger a day before your visit.
- If Alpensia Ski Resort officially closes a slope because of severe weather, a full refund will be provided.

Yes, you can rent ski or snowboard gear from the ski resort. If you would like to arrange a lift pass and equipment rental, the staff will contact you in advance for assistance.
