I had a fantastic time with Trazy’s skiing package! The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting my son with carrying his ski equipment, which was quite heavy and difficult for him to manage. The beginner package was perfect for first-time skiers. Everything was well-organised, from booking and payment to skiing. Highly recommend it for a smooth and enjoyable ski trip!

I joined the tour twice, it was awesome because the bus went smoothly so we arrived the ski resort on time and leave on time. can arrive seoul around 8pm

Great activity for beginner snowboarders. However, the instructor doesn’t speak english and didn’t show us how to ride the ski lift, although we paid for it! The buses are punctual so be early!

Very nice tour, recommended for people who wants to skiing at Vivaldi, skiing experience is great, the views is really nice as well! Price is also very nice considering what is included! It's a great bang for your bucks, Very recommended!!

I enjoyed the tour and the lesson. I got to learn how to skii pretty well in the hour lesson and even managed to do two different slopes on my first time skiing. My only problem was it felt like there was a lot of waiting around for other people in the tour group.

The bus arrived at the departing point(Hongik UniversityStation) on time from there we went to Myeongdong Station and then we on our way to the rental shop. It took approximately an hour and a half to get there. When we got there we were given shopping bags to choose our ski clothes. We were then given the opportunity to fit the clothes and change into our ski clothes. We then went to the ski resort where we were given our ski equipment and given the basic lesson ( Which I booked) it lasted an hour. I must say if it your first time please book the lesson it really helps! We then left to explore the resort by ourselves. The bus left the resort again at 17:30 please be on time. It is advisable to be at the bus 30mins before departure. I'm really with the service I got. Will be booking again next year! Thank you trazy and JSKI for a wonderful trip.

The activity itself was clearly straight forward and good. What I’d like to see an improvement is the tour guide. I think she could have presented herself better in the sense of introducing herself to the group and letting us know that we will be arriving at the first stop to pick up our clothes rental and then driving up to the mountain for the ski equipments. I could sense that she wasn’t very comfortable in conversing in English but as a tour guide, command in languages are essential. That’s my two cents

Overall I was satisfied with the experience. It was all very easy (except for waking up so early…!). The shuttle bus is more of a bigger comfortable bus than the kind I was expecting. We stopped at a place on the way to the mountain to get ski clothes - it was nice because we could choose our own style and immediately change something if a zipper wasn’t working or doesn’t fit well. The guy at the clothes place spoke English which was nice too. At the mountain we went to get equipment and could rent our own locker. My skis were really old and worn ☠️ The mountain itself is fine. Better food and a little fancier than Elysian but didn’t feel much bigger. I might prefer Elysian next time if the price difference is as big as it is now. I liked taking the gondola up - we were out on a Tuesday and basically never had to line up for it. Returning equipment was easy. To leave on the way back I recommend taking a photo of the bus license plate in advance because there are so many red buses. We found it easily though but just in case. I should have taken off my rented ski clothes before getting on the bus but I thought we could go change at the rental place on the way down. Oops. I had to awkwardly change on the bus and hand them to the staff member. I also rushed to the bus to make sure I wasn’t late - but it ended up waiting about 18 minutes for some other slow customers. So if you need to go to the bathroom - do it before getting on the bus because they’ll wait awhile anyway and you don’t stop at the clothing rental place.

Was really cool to Ski for the 1st time. The entire process was easy. From pickup to end of trip, all was coordinated really well. Will definitely come back again for a second Ski trip!

We had so much fun in Snowyland! The only issue is that we are not in the list of passengers in the bus. Charlie from Jski (not from the chocolate factory) take a picture of our email and booking reservation and let us in. He make sure that the booking date is correct. The trip is around 2 hours long. In Vivaldi Ski Resort, there is a food court where you can buy food. Same in Snowlyland, there are cafes and snack areas where you can buy teokbokki, odeng and drinks. There are also lockers where you can store your bags. Comfort rooms can be found anywhere. Overall, we had a great time exploring Snowlyland. It is not only for kids but for all ages. Till our next reservation!

This was really well organised by JSKI! From the collection in Seoul right through to the resort! It was my first time skiing, so I booked lessons which were helpful! Brace yourself though, those boots are tight & heavy. It’s basically a whole lot of exercise, had I known I probably wouldn’t have signed up for it, but I’m glad I didn’t know because I can write it down as an experience I would’ve never gone to! The snow was nowhere from here seen though, they do compensate for it by using ice, although it kind of melts away when the rain pours! Overall I would give it a 7/10 because of the “fake” snow, but it’s a great day out! It’s worth the price!

Day before ski I received WhatsApp from the travel partner, informed me bus plate no. and also pickup point. Reach there half 45min earlier and the bus was already there. And also there is a guide, who will bring us to collect ski suit. There is a team at the ski resort waiting for us, telling us where to collect equipment and when/where to wait during end of the session. I not sure how is other travel agency's package, but I feel this trip was well organized and worthy .

I signed up my family for a 1 day tour of Vivaldi ski & snow sled. Its popular for a reason, i.e. location, equipment, good slope and instructors. However, I think a special package should be set aside for first timers. My family was overwhelmed being here first time visiting Vivaldi. In my group, many probably were there before so could navigate through the chaos (a lot of visitors!). My family took a while to get settled and the 1 hour training is an absolute must if your child are not familiar with skiing. Another mistake was taking too much time before going to snowy land where the long queues prevented us from taking the sleds. Snowy land has much to offer but long queues and very cold so you have to make your time count before park closes at 4.30pm. The food there is great. The servings are large and price reasonable. Go for the ramen and curry cutlet on first floor. Might consider a further away resort that is less popular so that it feels less hectic. But if you are familiar with the place and know exactly what to do, then price wise, this is perfect deal for you. Trazy customer service pretty good. Even sent me a whatsapp day prior to remind us of the pick up point. Nice job!

After 10 minutes of struggle trying to talk to the staff, she was ok to let us enter the gondola. Lucky the staff is kind enough else would have waste our trip! We booked this package after seeing decent reviews. However, I have to say that I was pretty disappointed by the experience. First and foremost, the instructions that we were given throughout the day were extremely unclear (where to rent equipment (helmets), where to meet up, where to return ski pants, etc). We had to either figure it out ourselves or ask different people what was going on. Second, we were not told a lot of information that would have been helpful. It’s been a while since we booked the package so we didn’t remember that we could rent goggles from them, but no one reminded us or mentioned that. So we got to the resort, realized that Vivaldi didn’t do goggle rentals, and had to pay 78,000 won for 2 cheap goggles that we will never use again. The day at Vivaldi was a cool experience, but be prepared to be confused throughout the day if you book this package because they really don’t give you much information.

A hassle free stress free trip to Vivaldi and back! Anytime I had questions and would ask on kakaotalk they would answer right away! All in English! The only thing that was rough was waking up on time haha! Otherwise all other things were taken off our shoulders and we simply just had to enjoy ourselves! They also provided jacket and pants for us and made sure we got the sizes that best fit us! Everything was explained very well to us once we were there! This next bit is about Vivaldi themself: One thing to keep in mind is that the lockers there are for one time use! If you want to open it back up and lock it again you'd have to pay the original small fee of either 1,000 or 2,000 won. Otherwise a wonderful experience :)

My children were so satisfied & havr a great time playing all the sledsnow. The most important we have a delicious lunch at Halal Restaurant and nice prayer room at Vivaldi Ski Resort. I really enjoyed my 1 Day Ski Activity at Vivaldi. I joined the trip alone, but I never felt stranded or isolated on this trip. A tour activity leader contacted me the day before the trip to introduce himself and confirm the meeting time and location in Seoul. I joined a group of seven other people for my 1 hour ski lesson at Vivaldi. Nino was my ski instructor. He was friendly, patient and constantly encouraged us to challenge ourselves. After that hour, I was confident enough to go down the beginner slopes alone. Thank you for everything! I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone who would like to learn how to ski! :)

We had such an amazing time at Vivaldi Park, and the package deal that we got (snowboard+clothes rental+lift) was something you really can't find anywhere else. I'd recommend you to take advantage of this!! Whether you are a beginner or a regular at skiing/snowboarding, it was a really fun way to spend a day in Korea.

I wish we were able to start skiing a little bit earlier but we had to wait for the rest of our group to get their clothes and ski equipment. Our ski instructor, Tana, was lovely. Thank you

Everything else from transfers, restaurants and skiing experience was great. Except for customer service in Vivaldi Ski Resort itself. We were left hanging to find out on the locations/directions on where to pick up the ski equipments and ski clothes. We have to figure that ourselves amidst the language barrier. Otherwise, everything else was hell of a fun!

It was my first time visiting a ski resort so I opted to book a package which includes all the necessary services for a hassle-free experience. The staff and instructors at the ski resort were very approachable. They were very patient with us and answered all our queries. I really had a great time at the ski resort.

The guide(Charlie) is friendly & funny. Very helpful too. There is free drinking water, just need to improve more on warm water. Afterall, it was super fun snowboarding in Vivaldi Park. Yeah!

Good gentle slope for beginners

The experience was thrill and exciting and yet i have lots of fun and the staff was friendly but due to time constraint .we didnt manage go all the slope ..

Yes we are satisfied ! We booked this package and traveled as a group of friends in mid of January 2018. There’s a lot of questions i asked beforehand through Trazy social platform and i found that they were very helpful and fast response. We departed from seoul to the location accompanied by some staffs and after we arrived, an English-spoken guide named Alexis was welcoming us and He’s very helpful. I recommend people to book this package because i found it’s worth every peny!
