Children younger than 36 months old are free of charge.
For the Private Tour, each group can accommodate up to 20 participants.
Food, beverages, and transportation to the meeting location are not included in the Private Tour.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the Public Tour. Private Tour participants may bring their own, but strong-smelling foods and items that may stain are not permitted.
Red wine is not allowed on the Private Tour. White wine is welcome.

Traffic near the meeting location can be congested, so please arrive at least 10 minutes before your boarding time.
Please wait at the I Love You Yacht boarding area and present your I Love You Yacht booking confirmation voucher before boarding.
Please arrive on time so other reservations are not delayed.
This tour runs by reservation only. No refunds are available for no-shows or late arrivals.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the Public Tour. Private Tour participants may bring their own, but strong-smelling foods and items that may stain are not permitted.
Red wine is not allowed on the Private Tour. White wine is welcome.
Participants are responsible for any damage to the yacht or its belongings caused by their actions.
The tour runs in light rain. Rain covers on the 1st and 2nd floors keep the spacious indoor area comfortable. If a typhoon, heavy rain advisory, or gale warning prevents sailing, the schedule can be changed or a 100% refund issued. Light rain is not eligible for cancellation.
For safety, the tour may be unavailable on the day due to weather or special circumstances.

After 5:00pm, 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable

Both the Public Tour and the Private Tour last approximately 50 minutes.

What happens if it rains on the day?

The tour runs in light rain. Rain covers on the 1st and 2nd floors keep the spacious indoor area comfortable. If a typhoon, heavy rain advisory, or gale warning prevents sailing, the schedule can be changed or a 100% refund issued. Light rain is not eligible for cancellation.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the Public Tour, but coffee, beverages, water, cookies, and candy are provided on board.
Private Tour participants are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Please avoid strong-smelling foods and items that may stain. Red wine is not allowed on the Private Tour, but white wine is welcome.
