  2. Rain or shine tour: the tour will NOT be cancelled due to the weather unless it is categorized as extreme weather. If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund.
  3. Please show up 30 minutes before the tour time for safety preparations. Customers who fail to show up 30 minutes before the tour time will not be permitted to participate.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
7 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
6 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made at least 48 hours before the start time.
*No-show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or customers who do not show up on time are classifed as no-show and no refunds or rescheduling options can be provided.

FAQ

This is a rain-or-shine tour and will proceed in most weather conditions. The tour will only be canceled if the weather is classified as extreme. In such cases, you will be informed in advance and a full refund will be issued.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time for safety preparation. Customers who arrive later than this will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be provided.
Each pedicab can accommodate up to 2 adults, or a maximum of 3 passengers when including children under 7 years old.
Yes. You must bring a reusable water bottle. Having water is mandatory to join the tour.
