  • The basic service covers up to 10 hours. Even if you choose to use less time, the full 10-hour rate will still apply and partial refunds cannot be issued.

[Additional Fee]
1) Additional fee for exceeding the basic service time
  • An additional fee of 95,000 won per hour will apply for exceeding the basic service time (10 hours).
  • Extending the service is subject to availbility, and can be confirmed during consultation after making a booking.
  • If the service time exceeds 10 hours due to traffic or local conditions, additional fees will still apply. In this case, please pay the additional fee on the day.
  • Additional time beyond 20 minutes will be counted as a full hour.

2) Additional fee for extra distance
  • Travel must remain within a 200km radius from Seoul. Additional fees will apply for extra distances, and details will be provided when a consultant contacts you to discuss your itinerary.

  2. If the luggage that hasn't been informed in advance does not fit in the vehicle for any reason (excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another vehicle and pay the full charge on the day.

2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.

Since this is a premium chauffeured car rental service, the itinerary is entirely up to your customization. You can choose the attractions and destinations you wish to visit in Seoul. A consultant will contact you 1-2 days prior to your travel date to discuss your itinerary with you.
The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted based on your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure sufficient time for visiting. Note that admission tickets are not included and need to be purchased separately.
