Tickets are based on first purchase first serve basis.
The tickets are strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to purchase the tickets.
The standing zone is available for ages 12 and above, while the seating zone is available for ages 9 and above.

[How to pick up the tickets]

The ticket pick-up is available between 3:00pm~6:00pm on the concert day. Please note that you CANNOT pick up the tickets before or after the ticket pick-up time.
The ticket pick-up location details will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the concert.

[Trazy Voucher Package]
This package includes a Trazy Voucher worth USD 10, which can be used toward the purchase of any tours or activities on Trazy.

The Trazy Voucher is valid until July 15, 2026.
Detailed instructions on how to use the Trazy Voucher will be sent in a separate email 2 days before the concert.

Please make sure to bring your passport or alien registration card for verification.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Before May 17th, 2026: 100% refund
From May 18th, 2026: non-refundable

Tickets are non-transferable. The name on the reservation cannot be changed.
Any changes to the number of tickets are only permitted until May 17th, 2026, and must be requested by the original purchaser. From May 18th, 2026, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

FAQ

How many tickets can I book at once?

You can book up to 4 tickets per reservation.

Do I need to bring my ID?

In order to pick up your ticket, you need to show a valid ID with your confirmation email.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

No. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-resalable. The reservation must be made under the actual participant’s name, and name changes are not allowed.

Can I come to the venue directly?

Yes, of course. If you do not need the transfer service or miss the shuttle bus, you can come directly to the event venue and pick up your ticket. The exact details on how to collect your ticket on the day will be provided in your final voucher, which will be sent 2 days before the event. Please note that no partial refund will be issued if you choose not to use the transfer service.
