*You must present your valid photo ID and confirmation email to pick up wristbands.
*Minors are not allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks at the festival venue.
*Adults (19 yrs old~) will receive "adult wristband" upon entry. The adult wristband is required to purchase alcoholic drinks at the venue.

유의 사항

ABOUT ADMISSION
1. Please pick up your wristband at the ticket booth on the day. The final confirmation email and a valid photo ID are required to pick up the wristband.
2. Re-entry is allowed.
3. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and wristbands.
4. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party. Resale of tickets may be subject to Korean laws.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
1. Lasers, fireworks, bottles, drugs, drones, speakers, camping equipment, glow in the dark goods, and other dangerous items are prohibited at the venue. All participants must go through a security bag search. If any prohibited item is found inside the venue, the possessor will be removed from the venue without any refund. The item will not be returned to the possessor.
2. Please be careful with all of your belongings. We recommend you check in your valuables at the cloakroom to securely store your valuable items. Any accidents that may occur or any missing personal belongings in and outside of the venue will not be the organizer, the venue or the artists’ responsibility.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Taking pictures & video recording may be restricted upon artists' request.
2. You must not take pictures of certain body parts of other people or any other pictures that violate people's portrait rights. If you are caught doing such actions you will be immediately removed from the venue without any refund.
3. The official photographers from the Seoul Fashion Festival and other media will be taking pictures/videos of the festival to use for marketing and broadcasting. The organizer, artists, affiliates, agencies will not be responsible for any portrait rights violation of the audience in the photos/videos.
4. Please be considerate of other people around you. Any person with disruptive or violent behavior will be evicted from the festival venue without refund.
5. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
6. In case of emergency, please report to the nearest security guard or staff.
7. We do not recommend this festival to the elderly, pregnant women and persons with health problems. If you have any pre-existing health issues, please consult with your doctor before booking and let us know. The organizer will not be responsible for any health problems and injuries that are not informed in advance.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
