How it works After returning the device, data will be uploaded to the cloud within 3 days, and a download link will be sent via your messenger. You must download the data within 7 days of receiving the link. Data will be permanently deleted after 7 days.

How to Use the Service
Pick-up Process	You will be required to fill out a form after completing the reservation. Your reservation will be finalized once the operator confirms the form. After submitting the form, the local operator will contact you via email/ messenger within 1-2 days. On your reserved date, meet the staff at the designated meeting point. Show your mobile voucher and passport to collect the item. *Rental is not available without a passport. *Rental items cannot be picked up or returned outside of operating hours.
Return Process	The staff will be waiting at the meeting point at the designated return time. Please return the item directly to the staff. Before returning the equipment, please check to make sure no items are missing. If any items or components are missing, please contact the customer center before returning. If you arrive earlier/later than the time you reserved, the process may be delayed. Please contact the customer center in advance. Rental items cannot be picked up or returned outside of operating hours.

Pick-up & Drop-off Location
The staff will be waiting for you at the meeting location. Do not leave your device or luggage at the drop off location without meeting the staff. The operator will not be responsible for any lost items due to this reason.
