This was an experience I won’t forget. I was able to see music artists I love as well as discover some new artists. But, it’s like a marathon, each stage is pretty far apart sometimes making it across the park to another set at a different stage on time isn’t easy. The schedules are strict so I suggest prioritizing who you want to see preform. * It was hot, very hot! You can bring one unopened bottle of water and I suggest you do that. You can also purchase water and other drinks there as well but of course at a higher price. *If you’re taking a taxi, make sure you’re dropped of at the main entrance, not at the top near the main stage, otherwise you’d have to walk all the way through the park and out of the entrance to get in line, get your wristbands and walk back in again. This happened to many people, and lots of performances were missed. *taking the subway, I took the subway the first night wasn’t sure where it was but most of the crowd was walking to the subway so it was easy enough to find. I took the subway to the show the second day, you do have to walk a bit to get to the Seoul Land entrance from the subway exit but it’s an easy walk, no hills however the heat is what gets you. *bring a water bottle, stay hydrated, *money for food and water *where something cool/comfortable clothing *some people brought umbrellas *carrying a bag was cumbersome in the heat and with all the walking And you do get bag checked so only bring your essentials If you love live music, and you like the line up, I’d say it’s worth it.

The booking process was quite easy. Pickup took less than 2 minutes and my group enjoyed the outdoor environment. I wish Rapbeat had better policies about seating, since we did have to stand on an incline for multiple hours. The performers were fantastic.

Had a wonderful time. Went for 2 days. Got to listen to some known artists and discovered some new ones. Ticket pickup was fast and the information given before the event was helpful. The festival very well organised. Me and my friend loved it 😍

The festival was really fun and I enjoyed it. The queue seemed very long at first but at some point it started going pretty fast. The person who controlled my ticket did not know how to register it since it was from Trazy. But on Trazy's side, there were no problems at all.

It was one of the best concerts in my entire life !! Festival was so clean and so organized and the way around was super easy and the line up was absolutely amazing !! It was a dream to see so many of my favorite artists of all time and it was a super amazing experience and I will definitely do it again !!

Each artist is given like 20mins but the more popular ones get like 30-35mins and as you would expect, the artists mostly spoke in Korean except for DPR Live who spoke English most of the time and Keshi whose from the US. Negative sides to the entire festival: There were no chairs so you are basically standing for many hours (4+) especially because the most popular artists are usually the last ones to perform. From Spain it was an amazing festival! So crowded but very good organization. To be honest at the entrance of the park it will be usefull to put some indications and informations for foreigners!

유의 사항

1. Please present valid ID and confirmation email to pick up the tickets.
2. Please make sure to get your wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued.
4. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
5. Food and beverages are not allowed. Only 1 unopened bottle of water under 500ml are allowed.
6. There is a security/ bag inspection at the entrance of the venue.
7. Sharp objects, including knife or scissors, as well as dangerous items, including fireworks and explosives, are strictly prohibited.
8. Please be respectful to other people around you at the venue. Individuals who are causing a situation affecting others will be asked to leave and escorted out of the venue by security guards without a refund.
9. Professional cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited in the standing zone.
10. Lockers will be available at an additional charge on site. Please note that you will need a credit card or a debit card.
11. The event organizer will be taking pictures/videos of the festival. Please note that by participating in the festival, you are complying that the organizer has the right to use such pictures and videos for marketing purposes.

Until Sep 18th: 100% refund
On Sep 19th: 50% refund
From Sept 20th: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
