Staff will be present on-site to help you with the transfer. You may also need to transfer to another bus on your way back to Seoul, depending on the number of people on the bus.
  • You can load your luggage onto the shuttle bus at no extra charge. Please note that the driver will not assist with loading.
  • Seats are not designated in advance; please board in order of arrival.

  • The resort shuttle bus does NOT wait for those who are late. It is your responsibility to arrive at the meet location on time. No refunds/changes will be made for missing the shuttle bus.
  • The journey from Seoul to the ski resort typically takes around 2.5 to 3.5 hours. However, the exact travel time may vary depending on the departure location, stops at other stations, weather, and road conditions.
  • You can load your luggage onto the shuttle bus at no extra charge. Please note that the driver will not assist with loading.
  • The bus color and vehicle type may change due to operational circumstances. Please check the destination displayed on the front window before boarding.

Before 4:00pm, 2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
After 4:00pm, 2 days before the reserved date: 80% refund
After 4:00pm, 1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
