[About the moving service]
  • Only available for small 1-room studio-type rooms.
  • You will pack all of your belongings in your own boxes or bags by yourself. All of your belongings must be packed before the movers arrive.
  • The movers will simply load, move, and unload your belongings.
  • The cut-off time for the move is 3:00pm.

[How to book the moving service]

  2. Please answer all of the questions on the required information and complete checkout. After checkout, please send photos of the furniture, appliances, and electronics that you are planning to move to experience@trazy.com.
  3. Once you complete checkout, Trazy Crew will contact you with a quote price and payment link.
  4. Once you complete the payment, Trazy Crew will send you a final confirmation email with full details.

5 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
4 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 5 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

This moving service is only available for small 1-room or studio-type moves in Korea. If you're moving into or out of a goshiwon or similar space, this service is ideal for you.
Yes. You must pack all of your belongings into boxes or bags before the movers arrive. The movers will load, transport, and unload your items, but packing is your responsibility.
If either your current or new residence does not have an elevator, a lift truck will be required. The lift truck rental costs 100,000 won. The Trazy Crew will notify you in advance if this applies to your move.
All moves must be completed by 3:00pm. Moves that cannot be finished by this time will not be accepted.
