Devices were easy to pick up. They worked well everywhere we went. Picked up in Seoul, drove to Busan, and flew to Jeju. They are nice and small.

Can I extend my days of rental?
Yes, if you need to extend your days of rental, an extension link will be provided after you make your booking.
Can I return the pocket WiFi at a different location?
Yes, you may return the device at any of the pick-up locations.
What are the pocket WiFi dimensions?
Dimensions may slightly vary from 6.2cm X 11cm X 0.5cm, 6.3cm X 11.4cm X 1.3cm, to 11cm X 7cm X 2cm depending on the model that is available on the day. However, all other specifications remain the same.
What is included in the KT pocket WiFi rental?
Your rental includes a portable WiFi router, charger, and carrying pouch. It offers unlimited 4G/LTE data with speeds up to 20 Mbps and allows connection for up to 3 devices simultaneously.
How long does the pocket WiFi battery last?
The average battery life is 7 to 9 hours on a full charge. A charger is included with the rental.
Is a deposit required for the pocket WiFi rental?
Yes, a credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, or UnionPay) in your name is required for a security deposit. Debit cards are not accepted.
What happens if I lose or damage the device or accessories?
In case of loss or damage, the following charges apply:
- Pocket WiFi device: 50,000 to 150,000 KRW
- Charger: 10,000 KRW
- Carrying pouch: 10,000 KRW
