Airport Pickups: Due to possible delays, the driver will provide 90 minutes of free waiting time. Any waiting time beyond this will incur an additional fee, payable in cash directly to the driver.
- Van for up to 4 people: 20,000 won per 30 minutes after 90 minutes
- Van for up to 5 people: 15,000 won per hour after 90 minutes
- Big van for up to 12 people: 30,000 won per hour after 90 minutes

Late night/early morning charges will apply for pick-up during the following times. In this case, please select and pay the Late night/ Early morning charge when you make a booking.

유의 사항

Please fill out everything in the "Required Information" field on the booking page.
In case you need to pay an extra fee for early morning/late night transfer service, we will send you a separate payment request to you after you make a booking.
*An additional charge of $10~20 USD (Van & Big Van) / $50 USD (Bus) will apply for 10:00pm~5:00am pick up.
The driver will wait for you up to 90 minutes after landing. After that, an additional fee of 15,000 won will be charged per hour and you can pay this in cash directly to the driver.
If you depart from Seoul to the airport on Saturday, Sunday, a holiday or a snowy day, please depart at least 4~5 hours before the flight schedule.
If the luggage that hasn't been informed in advance does not fit in the van for any reason (excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another van and pay the full charge on the day.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate bookings from any other transfer providers unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.
If you have one arrival at Terminal 1 and one arrival at Terminal 2, please have one arrival come to the other terminal. Free transportation between terminals is available at the airport. The driver will not pick up at both Terminal 1 & 2 on a single booking.

2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

How can I find the driver?

The van driver will stand in front of your arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it.
For the Minibus & Big Bus options, the driver will meet you in front of the designated gate at the airport.

What if my flight get delayed and arrival/departure time is changed?

As you will be required to provide your flight number upon booking, the driver will track the arrival time and be ready by the approximate time of arrival. However, if your flight number or the date is changed, please email us at experience@trazy.com and let us know.

Can I pick up my SIM card or wifi device first and then meet the driver?

No, please meet your driver first and then pick up your SIM card or wifi device with the driver. If you do not meet the driver first/do not come out to the meeting location for over 1.5 hours from the meeting time without prior notice, it will be regarded as a no-show. In this case, any refunds or changes cannot be made. You need to make a full payment to arrange another driver.

Are there additional fees for late night or early morning transfers?

Yes. An additional fee applies for transfers scheduled between 10:00pm and 5:00am:
- Van/Big Van: $10~20 USD
- Bus: $50 USD
*A separate payment link will be sent after booking if the fee applies. Please also select the Late night/Early morning option when booking.

What if I have a lot of luggage or oversized bags?

Please accurately declare the number and size of your bags when booking. If your luggage does not fit in the vehicle due to incorrect or missing information, you will need to arrange and pay for an additional van on the spot.

Can the driver pick up from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?

No. Pickup from both terminals is not available for a single booking. If your group arrives at different terminals, please use the free shuttle at Incheon Airport and gather at one terminal for pickup.
