- If you have any color cosmetics you usually use, please bring them.
- For a more accurate analysis, we recommend coming with no makeup and clear contacts.
- Body shape analysis: if you have reserved a body shape analysis, please wear a fitted top that is not too thick.

- If the desired date and time are not available, we will notify you in advance and help you move your reservation or issue a full refund.
- The class starts on time, so please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.
- If you are late by more than 15 minutes, you will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be provided.
- If you are wearing makeup or colored contacts, the range of color analysis can be too broad. For a more accurate analysis, we recommend coming with no makeup and transparent contacts (no color).
- Please avoid clothes that come up around the neck.
- You can bring glasses or accessories that you want to check after the color diagnosis.
- Please bring the cosmetics you regularly use so the instructor can review them during the session.
- Body shape analysis: if you have reserved a body shape analysis, please wear a fitted top that is not too thick.

Please avoid clothing that covers the neck area, as it may affect the color evaluation.
Can I bring my own cosmetics or accessories?
Yes. You can bring the cosmetics you regularly use so the instructor can review them during the session. You may also bring glasses or accessories that you would like to check after the color diagnosis.
