Airport Pickups: Due to possible delays, the driver will provide 90 minutes of free waiting time. Any waiting time beyond this will incur an additional fee, payable in cash directly to the driver.

Please fill out everything in the "Required Information" field on the booking page.
If you depart from the ski resort to the airport on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or snowy day, please depart at least 7~8 hours before the flight schedule. The vehicle will arrive at the designated pickup time. Please note that you are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time, and the operator will not be held liable if the flight is missed due to traffic congestion or unforeseen road conditions.
If you are bringing your own ski equipment, please contact us to check the availability at inquiry@trazy.com.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.

1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.

Yes, but please contact us in advance at inquiry@trazy.com to check availability for transporting ski equipment.

Is there a refund if I don’t use the transfer service?

No refunds are issued for no-shows due to duplicate bookings with other transfer providers unless you cancel in advance following our cancellation policy.

Are toll fees and airport parking fees included in the price?

Yes, all toll and airport parking fees are included in the transfer price.

Is the transfer service available 24/7?

Yes, our private transfer operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Are there any additional fees for late night or early morning transfers?
