For safety reasons, participants must be 5 years old or older to ski or snowboard.
Children younger than 5 years old are free of charge and will share seats with their parents in the vehicle.
This tour departs with a minimum of 10 participants. If the tour is canceled due to a lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.

The itinerary is subject to change depending on local/traffic/weather conditions.
The bus will take a 30-minute stop at a rest area on the way to High1 for guests to change clothes and take a break. Protective gear, including helmets, gloves, and goggles, can also be rented or purchased at the rental shop during this time.
Please note that those who booked the shuttle bus only option will also stop at the rental shop to allow other passengers to rent or return their equipment.
The drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location and cannot be changed on the day of the tour. If you would like to change your drop-off location, please inform your guide or contact us at experience@trazy.com in advance.

Please make sure you arrive at the meeting location at least 10 minutes before departure, as the bus will depart exactly at the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be refunded.
The bus will take a 30-minute stop at a rest area on the way to High1 for guests to change clothes and take a break. Protective gear, including helmets, gloves, and goggles, can also be rented or purchased at the rental shop during this time.
Please note that those who booked the shuttle bus only option will also stop at the rental shop to allow other passengers to rent or return their equipment.
The slopes are closed daily from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for inspection and maintenance. If night skiing is not operating, the slopes will be open only until 4:00pm.
The drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location and cannot be changed on the day of the tour. If you would like to change your drop-off location, please inform your guide or contact us at experience@trazy.com in advance.
This tour departs with a minimum of 10 participants. If the tour is canceled due to a lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
