- In order to participate in a ski private lesson, you must be equipped with ski equipment/clothes and have a lift pass. Please make sure you have your gear and lift pass ready before you meet the instructor in order to maximize the lesson time.
- Please write down a messenger ID (WhatsApp/Line) where you can be easily reached upon booking.
- If High 1 Ski Resort officially closes a slope because of severe weather, a full refund will be provided.

What do I need to prepare for the private ski lesson at High1 Ski Resort?
To join the lesson, you must have your own ski equipment, ski clothes, and a lift pass. Please make sure to prepare these in advance to maximize your lesson time with the instructor.
Where is the meeting point for the ski lesson?
You will meet the instructor in front of either the Valley Ski House or Mountain Ski House at High1 Ski Resort. The exact meeting point will be confirmed via messenger one day before your lesson.
Is this a group or private lesson?
This is a private ski lesson for a group of 1 to 3 people. If you have 4 people, please make 2 separate bookings with 2 people each.
Are ski lessons available for children?
Yes, children aged 3 years and older can participate in the ski lessons. However, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.
What happens if the slopes are closed due to bad weather?
If High1 Ski Resort officially closes the slopes due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
