Do I need previous diving experience?
No. Beginners are welcome to join. Professional instructors will provide a safety briefing and basic instructions before the experience begins.
What seafood can I harvest during the experience?
Depending on sea conditions and availability, you may harvest seafood such as octopus, spiny top shells, sea cucumbers, and other seasonal marine products.
Will a real haenyeo join the experience?
Yes, one active haenyeo usually participates in each program and shares insights into traditional haenyeo culture and diving practices. However, participation may not always be possible due to the haenyeo's diving schedule.
Are underwater photos included?
Yes. Professional instructors will photograph the entire experience, and underwater photos are included.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. For safety reasons, children younger than 14 years old are not permitted to participate.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your reserved time. Failure to arrive by 20 minutes before the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
