  • Each session can accommodate up to 5~6 participants.
  • If you make a reservation before the regular opening time of 10:00am (5:00am~9:00am), an early start fee of 22,000 won can be paid on-site. Please inform us if you would like to book a time before the regular opening hours by email at inquiry@trazy.com.
  • Additional options can be selected and paid for on-site.
  • Specific stylists cannot be requested.
  • Shampoo service is not provided. Please wash your hair on the morning of your appointment. If you would like to add a shampoo service, the cost is 11,000 won, payable on-site.
  • Before your visit, please apply only basic skincare (toner and lotion). Do not apply sunscreen before your session.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the reserved time. Those who are more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
  • If your preferred date and time are no longer available, our customer service team will reach out to you via email within 24 hours to assist with alternative options.

*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST). Changes are limited to one time per person.

Cutloose is open every day except Monday, from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The last reservation is at 5:00pm, and bookings are available every 30 minutes. Please note that the salon is closed on the day before, the day of, and the day after Seollal (Lunar New Year) and Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving).
The hair and makeup services at Cutloose take between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the type of service.
Hair and makeup services are not fully conducted in English. The staff can communicate in basic English, and most communication will be handled through a translator application. If you have photos of the hair or makeup style you want, please prepare them in advance.
You will receive a simple makeup touch-up kit after your hair and makeup services. Additionally, if you choose to write an on-site review, you will receive a travel kit gift as well.
