- Please arrive at the salon at least 10 minutes before your booking time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, you will be regarded as a no-show and no refunds will be provided.

- Shampoo service is NOT included. Please shampoo your hair before your visit (do not use hair conditioner).
- After washing your face, apply only toner and lotion (do not use a mask or sunscreen).
- Depending on your desired style, additional charges may apply on the day.
- Please note that the stylists can communicate in basic English. While they may not be fully fluent, they will do their best to assist you with the help of a translation app.
