유의 사항

[Cycling Safety Rules]
  1. Obey all traffic signals and safety regulations for the full course, including local roads, tunnels, and underpasses.
  2. Follow the direction of event marshals and safety personnel at all times; participants are responsible for accidents resulting from non-compliance.
  3. Earphones, headphones, phones, or any device blocking verbal announcements or hand signals are prohibited while riding; do not hold objects while riding.
  4. Use hand signals at intersections, direction changes, or stops. Use front and rear lights or a reflector in dark sections.
  5. Reduce speed when merging from a narrow road onto a major road. On downhills, avoid excessive speed, keep a safe distance from the rider ahead, and brake gradually starting with the rear brake.
  6. Stopping or dismounting mid-ride is prohibited except for safety reasons; this includes stopping for photos.
  7. Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited; any resulting damage or accidents are the full civil and criminal responsibility of the participant.
  8. Providing physical assistance to other riders (pushing, pulling, towing) is not allowed and is strictly prohibited within Time Attack Sections. Assistance during genuine emergencies (crashes, accidents) is permitted; verbal encouragement is always allowed.
  9. Reckless overtaking, excessive speeding, or aggressive riding may result in immediate revocation of participation privileges.
  10. Participant substitution and proxy participation are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and invalidated results.

[Insurance]
  1. Operator liability insurance covers only accidents caused by operator negligence. It does not cover collisions between participants, lack of skill, speeding, road obstacles, or accidents linked to pre-existing conditions (heart disease, respiratory issues, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.).
  2. Personal accident insurance is strongly recommended. Beyond first aid and hospital transport, the operator is not liable for risks tied to a lack of personal coverage, and secondary hospital transfer costs are the participant's responsibility.
  3. In the case of an operator-caused accident, compensation follows the liability insurance terms, paid up to the coverage limit after a 100,000 won deductible.
  4. Participants are solely responsible for equipment damage, loss, or collisions during the event.

[Others]
  1. Appeals or complaints must be submitted directly by the participant to Event Headquarters. Submissions made by a third party on a participant's behalf are not accepted.
  2. The operator may photograph or film participants during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes related to the event, including the official website, social media, media coverage, and future event advertising. Registration is considered consent to this use.
  3. The event may be suspended or postponed without prior notice due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies. In such cases, the participation fee is fully refunded; cancellations due to personal circumstances follow the standard refund policy instead.
