Children younger than 11 years old cannot join this activity.
Basic lessons will be conducted in Korean. However, if you don't speak Korean, don't worry - the ASI (Academy of Surfing Instructors)-certified SUP instructor can assist you in basic English.
Boarding suit rental is not included in the price. If you would like to rent a suit, please pay an additional fee of 10,000 won on-site.
Shower facilities and spin-dryers are available to use.
Please arrive at the shop 30 minutes before the reserved time to prepare for the activity. The group will not wait for late arrivals, and you will not be able to join if you fail to arrive on time.

Please bring a swimsuit (or any comfortable outfit suitable for paddleboarding), sunscreen, flip-flops or beach-friendly shoes, and your own toiletries. Shampoo and body wash are provided.
Basic lessons will be conducted in Korean. However, if you don't speak Korean, don't worry - the ASI (Academy of Surfing Instructors)-certified SUP instructor can assist you in basic English. The instructor is not a native English speaker but can communicate in conversational English.
Please arrive at the shop 30 minutes before the reserved time to prepare for the activity. The group will not wait for late arrivals, and you will not be able to join if you fail to arrive on time.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

This activity can still proceed in light rain. However, if the weather conditions are severe, the activity may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
