  1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
  2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

This is a round-trip shuttle bus service for foreign visitors traveling between downtown Seoul and the 2026 BTS WORLD TOUR concert venue at Goyang Sports Complex. It allows you to enjoy the concert comfortably without worrying about transportation or language barriers.

You can choose one of the following locations when booking:
- Myeongdong Station Exit 9 (Subway Line 4)
- Hongik University Station Exit 3 (Subway Line 2)
No. This service operates only between Myeongdong/Hongdae and the concert venue. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not included.
If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time for any reason, it will be considered a no-show. Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not available in this case.
Once your reservation is confirmed, a 100% cancellation fee applies, and no refunds will be issued.
No. Luggage storage is not available on the shuttle bus. Please keep your valuables with you at all times. The operator is not responsible for any loss or theft.
Not necessarily. The return shuttle after the concert may be a different vehicle. Please make sure to take all your belongings with you when getting off the bus.
