Will I be able to meet BTS members on this tour?

No, the purpose of this tour is to visit locations where BTS filmed, not to meet the members themselves. BigHit Music has requested that fans not gather at military discharge locations for safety reasons, and this tour honors that request by focusing on the group's history and beautiful filming sites.

Can I cancel or reschedule my tour date?

Yes, you can get a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 2 days before the reserved date. If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date
