All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
7 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
3~6 days before the reserved date: 80% refund
1~2 days before the reserved date: non-refundable

FAQ

Is there an extra charge if the tour exceeds the scheduled time?

Yes. If the tour exceeds 9 hours, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per hour must be paid directly to the guide or driver on the day of the tour.

Is hotel pick-up and drop-off available?

Hotel pick-up is available for all tours within Seoul. Drop-off service is also available but limited to hotels in Seoul only.

Can we bring luggage on the airport pick-up tour?

Yes, but there are limits. If your group exceeds the bag limit, you must use a luggage delivery service in advance to send your bags to your accommodation.

What is the difference between a driver and a tour guide?

- Driver: A private driver with basic English skills who will take you to each destination. They provide brief explanations but will not accompany you inside.

- Tour Guide: A licensed, English-speaking guide who will escort you throughout the tour, provide insights, and assist with photos if requested.
