Hi Trazy team,
I just wanted to give some feedback on the tour we arranged with you.
Mandeep was a 10 out of 10 excellent tour guide from the pick up to drop off.
He showed us many sites and his knowledge was very informative. We asked for some guidance in where to visit to which he did not disappoint. We had a wonderful local lunch in which we would not have experienced without Mandeep. All the stops were very interesting and easy to access. He made us feel very comfortable and went out of his way to make sure we had a fun day.

Tour guide Hans was amazing. Was on time, considered the places I wanted to visit during the time restricted because of my layover & made it happen. He was courteous, knowledgeable, funny & very pleasant. Love the time I spend in South Korea & definitely will come back with my family. Definitely will request him again as my tour guide.

- This is a private tour. A private tour guide and private vehicle is provided. However, inside the DMZ, all visitors are required to take a designated group bus following the Korean military regardless of private/group tours. Your private tour guide will escort you at all times.
- The tour can start between 7:00am~2:00pm. Please write down your desired start time on the booking page.
Checklist for booking
- All the participants must type in their passport information (full name on the passport) on the booking page. This is to make a list of visitors and submit it to the authorized DMZ office before visiting (mandatory).
- You must carry your PASSPORT (or ARC) on the day of the tour. Every visitor will be asked to show their passport before entering the DMZ. You may not participate in this tour without your passport. The Korean Army will check your ID and if you do not have your ID, you may be prohibited to enter DMZ. In this case, no refund will be issued.

Can I customize the itinerary for the Seoul tour?
Yes, you can suggest other destinations in Seoul that are not listed in the standard itinerary. However, please note that not all requested stops may be possible due to distance and time constraints. You can finalize and adjust your itinerary directly with the driver on the day of the tour.
What time can the Incheon layover tour start?
The private tour can begin anytime between 7:00am and 2:00pm. Please indicate your preferred start time when you make your reservation on the booking page.
What do I need to prepare for the DMZ tour?
All participants must:
- Enter full passport information (exactly as shown in your passport) on the booking page at the time of reservation.
- Bring a valid passport or ARC (Alien Registration Card) on the day of the tour.
If you do not bring your passport or ARC, you will not be allowed to enter the DMZ, and no refund will be issued.

What happens if the tour exceeds the scheduled hours?
f your private tour exceeds the default duration, there will be an extra charge of 20,000 KRW per additional hour, payable in cash directly to the guide on the tour day.
