1. ロッテワールドタワーソウルスカイゲートで携帯電話のQRコードを提示してください。
2. 予約した日に限りロッテワールドタワーソウルスカイチケットで地下1階、地下2階、117階～123階にアクセスできます。空席がない場合、123階への入場を制限させていただく場合がございますので予めご了承ください。
3. 安全上の理由により、スカイデッキ、スカイテラス、フォトゾーンへのアクセスが来場者数に応じて予告なく制限される場合がございます。施設閉鎖に伴う払い戻しはいたしませんのでご了承ください。
4. スカイテラス（120階）は、以下の気象条件により閉鎖される場合があります。
- 気象警報（大雨、強風、黄砂/微粉など）
-1時間に5mm以上の激しい雨
- 室内外の温度差が20℃以上ある場合
5. 入場前にセキュリティチェックがあります。こちらをクリックして詳しい禁止品リストをご確認ください。
6. 地下1階、117階、118階、120階にフォトゾーンがあります。当日追加料金で120階または地下1階で写真を印刷することができます。

No, this ticket is for international visitors only. A valid ID, such as passport, is required to verify your foreigner status at the entrance.

Do I need to print the voucher?

No need to print — simply show your QR code on your phone at the Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky Gate.

Can I visit Lotte World Seoul Sky on weekends?

Yes, Lotte Word Seoul Sky is open on weekends. Saturday hours are from 10:30am to 11:00pm, and Sunday hours are from 10:30am to 10:00pm.

Is Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky open when it rains?

Yes, Seoul Sky remains open during rainy weather. However, access to the 123rd floor may be restricted during severe weather conditions. In addition, the Sky Terrace (120th floor) may be closed in cases of weather warnings such as heavy rain, strong winds, or yellow/fine dust, heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour, or when the indoor/outdoor temperature difference is 20°C or greater.

Is access to the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, or Photo Zone available every day?

For safety reasons, access to the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Photo Zone may be limited or closed without prior notice depending on the number of visitors. Please note that no refunds will be issued if these facilities are closed during your visit.

Are child tickets available for Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky?

Unfortunately, child tickets are not available for purchase on Trazy. However, tickets on Trazy are cheaper for both adults and children compared to on-site prices. Children under 36 months enter free of charge with valid proof of age.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

No, this ticket is non-changeable once issued. Make sure to confirm your schedule before purchasing.

What are the security screening procedures and prohibited items at Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky?

- Items that may endanger or frighten others: weapons, chemical liquids, etc.
- Items that may threaten the building or facilities: flammable or explosive substances like lighters, butane gas, etc.
- Items that may disrupt the viewing experience: food, glass bottles, pets, photographic or recording equipment, large bags, vehicles, athletic equipment, and other items deemed harmful or unnecessary for observatory visits.

Please note that luggage storage is not available inside the observatory. Coin lockers are available at Lotte World Mall for your convenience.

Wheelchair access is provided. For safety, visitors in wheelchairs and one companion will be guided to an alternate line. Please ask staff for assistance.

How to get to Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky by public transportation?

Walk toward Exits 1 and 2 of Jamsil Station (Line 2, 8). As you walk in that direction, you will see a sign for "Lotte World Mall." Enter the mall through the underground entrance, and you will arrive at Lotte World Mall B1 floor.
