5. It is difficult to change the delivery address once a reservation has been made, so please check the departure and arrival locations carefully when making a reservation.
6. To ensure safe delivery, you will be asked to take and upload photos of your luggage.
7. In the event of loss or damage to your luggage, if it can be proven that the carrier is at fault, the maximum compensation amount is 1,000,000 won.
8. The following items cannot be delivered:
- Fragile items, such as paper bags, plastic bags, or umbrellas
- Perishable and foul-smelling items
- Items that may harm others
- Items exceeding the general checked baggage allowance
