keep in mind

  1. When dropping off your luggage at the Easy Drop counter, you will be required to complete a user agreement.
  2. Automatic check-in machines are available at the kiosk near the Easy Drop counter. Please bring your passport and complete check-in before dropping off your baggage.
  3. If your baggage exceeds the weight limit, the staff at the Easy Drop counter will inform you in advance. Additional fees can be paid at the airport. Credit card payments are accepted. If you miss the payment at the airline counter, please pay at the boarding gate.
  4. A Fast Track sticker will be provided for quicker security screening at Incheon Airport. This allows eligible users to access a designated priority lane.

FAQ

Which airlines support the Easy Drop service?

The service is available only for passengers flying with Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Jeju Air, Tway, or Jin Air from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or 2 on the same day. Connecting flights, code-share flights, and flights to the USA, Canada, Guam, Saipan, and Jeju Air flights to China are NOT supported.

What are the requirements for using Easy Drop?

Passengers must complete self check-in (via web or mobile) before using the service for Korean Air and Asiana Airlines. A passport is required for kiosk check-in at the Easy Drop counter. Only one piece of luggage per person is allowed, in line with airline weight restrictions.

What happens if my baggage exceeds the weight limit?

If your luggage exceeds the airline weight allowance, staff will notify you at the Easy Drop counter. Additional fees must be paid at the airport. Credit card payments are accepted at the airline counter or boarding gate.

Is early luggage drop-off available?

No. Easy Drop is only available for same-day flights. Early morning delivery or check-in the day before is not supported.

How does compensation work for damaged or lost luggage?

Compensation depends on where the damage or loss occurred:

- If it happens before the luggage is handed over to the airline, compensation is handled by the Easy Drop host company.
- If it occurs after the airline takes responsibility, compensation follows the airline’s policy.
Minor scratches are not eligible for compensation. Travelers are encouraged to take photos of their luggage before check-in and use a suitcase cover.
