Excellent service! Mr.Lee made our time here in Jeju stress free. Our Utv experience was cancelled due to weather the day before but the day of turned out to be sunny. Mr.Lee was able to help us get our reservation time back and we were able to do our excursions. He made us feel very comfortable. Pick up and drop off at our accommodations went smoothly as well. Mr. Lee was an excellent tour guide! On time for both full day tours, patient and takes great pictures! As a solo traveler this was a wonderful experience in Jeju island mostly because of Mr. Lee. I did both East and West coast tours with him. Car is comfortable and very clean! He was very flexible with the itinerary and squeezed in his favorite waterfall in Jeju my last day! Mr. Lee was an excellent tour guide! On time for both full day tours, patient and takes great pictures! As a solo traveler this was a wonderful experience in Jeju island mostly because of Mr. Lee. I did both East and West coast tours with him. Car is comfortable and very clean! He was very flexible with the itinerary and squeezed in his favorite waterfall in Jeju my last day! He was awesome and I highly recommend this tour to explore Jeju!

We love this tour. It is very convenient for tourist who wants to explore the place in a very convenient way. Very good service by our tour guide Mr. Jang. He is so helpful and generous that he provides us details and information of our itineraries. We enjoyed our tour in Jeju because of this activity.

We had our tour with Mr. Jang (Mr. Ji-yeon Jang) and it was an wonderful trip! We only get to choose from the list of places provided but fortunately all the place we wanted to go was on the list. If you have time and you wanted to go somewhere outside of the list I think they can make it happen as well. Mr. Jang was really friendly and helpful on our tour. He speaks conversational English and I speak some Korean so we were able have conversations as well as communicate our wish during the trip well. Mr. Jang took care of us really well. He helped us with tickets and direction at the location and made suggestions at the locations on where we should go to make the best out of our time there. He was also really enthusiastic in helping us take picture at the locations. Mr. Jang also go out of his way to find good restaurant for us to eat at since we didn't have a specific place we wanted to go to. Mr. Jang really made the tour a wondrrful experience and definitely was worth the money for us. We unfortunately didn't take any picture with Mr.Jang but I wish we had, I've included some pictures he took for us. I'm really thankful for Mr. Jang for making a memorable experience for us. I was hesitant to book the tour originally but I now feel it is the best way to explore Jeju if you do not have a car. I booked one day taxi tour, my driver name is Mr. Kim. We just met on that day, but get closer easily..because he is very friendly,funny and super nice, helped to take our pictures..and ohh.. he gave us some cute souvenirs also (thank you so much !!!). Actually the tour is only 8 hours, but we spent more longer trip, and they didn't charge anything (wow, i'm so lucky!!),..It was wonderful experienced, i will never ever forget the journey, one of the best trip i've ever had so far. Do not hesitate to book this taxi tour activity, i highly recommend it! ☺

1st We would like to commend the service of Mr Jang, Ji Yeon. He came on time. He was very cheerful and he attended to us like his children. He knows what we need. He helped us take photos and giving us suggestions for photo spots. He is kindnhearted and very hospitable. He drives safely and keeps us on time to our itinerary. We told him our wishes where we want ro go and what we wish to eat. He made all of them happen. Plus....he brought us to a nice market which is near where we want to eat black pork. Great ! He also give explanations of places we passed by and why the place we went to is important.... some background of the places we took photos of. We appreciate that very much. His car is clean. He is patient waiting for us even when we get delayed coming back to the car. And he is alert when we get back to keep us on track. Best of all he speaks very good English...and he even served us during lunch helping us sort out the shells and bones from the meat of the seafoods we ordered. My husband and I had a memorable first visit to Jeju because of Bruce. He did not only drove us around the different beautiful spots in Jeju but also allowed us to have a taste of the distinct and very enjoyable korean dishes. Bruce was very accommodating. He made us feel at home in Jeju even though we are just tourists. He is funny and engaging. He was kind enough to share his membership card for access to tourist spots with entrance fees which resulted to us having discounts. He also took lots of lovely photos and videos of us and even made a short compilation of our trip's highlights. Oh, by the way, we were able to complete the 3 mission fields in the maze land because of his tips! In the end, we felt like we gained a korean friend in him. Bruce, kamsahamnida! We had very last minute decision to go to Jeju. And we booked our one day trip with Trazy. Trazy was able to find us an English speaking driver for us a day prior to our planned trip to Jeju. The driver was so kind and informative. He was also so concern of our well being. Asked us to take our naps while driving from one place to another. Even brought us to the best restaurant with Abalone soup in Jeju. We pretty much liked our driver.
