I went to the KGMA both days with trazy, and I liked to see that they improved some small things for the second day (like a bigger sign to recognize them at the meeting point). Overall a great experience! The seats at the venue were really good, with an amazing view of the stages :)

Trazy provided a great overall experience! The meeting point was at a location that was easy to find, and the bus ride to the venue was nice. Ticket hand-out was smooth, and the seats were great, I had an amazing view of all the stages at the KGMAs!

When and where is the KGMA held?
The event takes place on Nov 14 (Fri) & Nov 15 (Sat), 2025, from 7:00pm at INSPIRE Arena.
What type of tickets are included in the package?
Tickets are for the Ground Standing Zone. No seats are provided, and the seating map will be shared later.
Can Koreans buy this ticket?
Tickets are exclusively for international fans. Korean nationals are not allowed to buy them.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. Standing tickets are for ages 15 and above. Children under 15 cannot attend, even with parental accompaniment.
Can I transfer or change my tickets?
No. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person. The reservation name must match the attendee. Changes in the number of tickets or partial cancellations can only be requested by the original booker and are subject to the cancellation policy.
Are refunds available?
No. All tickets and packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.
