I found this site while searching for Lotte World tickets. Since it was my first time using it, I was a bit concerned — whether the tickets would exchange properly, where to go, etc. At first, I thought it might be a bit inconvenient since I had to exchange a voucher for actual tickets. But the Wild Gate (not the main entrance) is located right next to the entrance, and while waiting in line, I simply showed the QR code from my email and got the tickets immediately. We entered smoothly and headed straight to the rides on the island, having a great time. Highly recommended for foreigners who don’t have access to Korean domestic discount cards.

We went to Lotte world with the 5 of us and iy was amazing! I loved the variety of attractions inside and outside!

I went alone and had the time of my life 💞 Everyone, don't be scared even if you go alone. They have singel rider lines, sometimes hard to find but it's worth it. Be happy and enjoy 🥰

Definitely recommend going during the week because even during a weekday u can wait up to an hour for rides especially the popular ones, very inclusive size range for the uniforms and overall a cute fun experience

I took advantage of the discount with this app since the price was more expensive at the venue and it was cheaper than the after 4pm tickets so definitely it was worth it!

We had such a great day and the ticket was very complete. We saw the aquarium and enjoyed the park a lot. I recommend it 100%!

Hello from Ukraine 🇺🇦 I guess it is a good place to have fun, but you must think twice what day choose. There are SOOOO many people at the day when I was and I waiting to my turn like 2 hours in every place. But i think there was some reason for that.

Had a great time at the park. Trazy was also the cheapest place to buy tickets (AUD) that I could find online. Actually getting the physical tickets took a bit of finessing. The instructions tell you to collect them at the Wild Gate. It's a bit confusing to find because it's in the underground mall, I'd recommend screen-shoting the map of the gate locations you can find on the Lotte World Website (I have included a copy in review). My friends and I arrived an hour early to park opening, it was on a Monday and I would recommend this. I was one of the first people in line at the Wild Gate. My friends went straight to the main ticket gate in an attempt to buy Magic Passes (fast passes) there was no one in line yet they got straight to the counter. Keep note you will NOT be able to buy the magic pass without getting your ticket first. Oddly enough the staff said to my friends if they can show the QR code I had to collect the physical tickets they can print the tickets off for us then and there without having to go through the process of collecting them at the Wild Gate. It was a little strange, if we had have known we could have just collected the tickets at the main gate I would have not bothered waiting around at the Wild Gate. I wouldn't say this is reliable however, we might have just gotten lucky because we were early and no-one was in line. So I would say keep this in mind if you go early, try and see if you can just go straight to the main gate to collect your tickets. So after we got our tickets we also bought Magic Passes for 5 rides. It was roughly an extra $60 (AUD) ontop of the price of the ticket, which we didn't mind because the tickets were cheaper in the first place and compared to other theme parks like Disney and Universal this isn't at all expensive for an express pass. And I would highly recommend spending the bit extra for the fast pass, the popular rides even within the first hour of the park being open already had wait times of 60-120 minuets. The Magic Pass was definitely worth it and we only used it on the rides with the longest lines. We got on virtually immediately and even got to choose where we sat on the French Revolution. Rides I would high recommend are: Comment Express - fast ride, no drops just speed. Reminds me of the Indiana Jones ride in Disney Sea (so fun we went on twice. We followed the crowd when the park opened and they all went straight for this ride and lined up so we did to. We waited only about 20 mins and didn't use our fast pass. The ride ended up being our favourite so we then went on a second time later in the day and used our fast pass when the wait time was over an hour. The staff also told us we could use 2 of our magic passes if we had wanted to, as opposed to the other rides which you can only use it once.) French Revolution - roller coaster, if you're an adrenaline junky, over quite quickly but has good speed and a 360 part. Wait time always about 120 minuets so the fast pass is a must for this one, or you have to head straight for it if you go at opening. Atlantis Roller Coaster- looks pretty crazy with many drops, might be a summer ride with water, sadly was closed when we went there. The Flume Ride- water ride, you get a bit wet, has a decent drop. No seatbelts on this ride though, or any place to put your bags to stop them getting wet. Adventures of Sinbad- water ride, has unexpected drop at the start and small one later on, you don't get wet, not worth waiting more then ah hour for but if there is no line give it a try. Pharaohs Revenge- thought it was going to be similar to the Indiana Jones/ Journey to the Centre of the Earth rides in Disney Sea but it was disappointing. Doesn't go nearly as fast and pretty uneventful, not worth lining up over an hour for. You could skip it all together. We of course did the World Monorail and Hot Air Balloon which are not really rides but good ways to get a nice view of everything. The Hot Air Balloons were busy so we used a Magic Pass but the monorail wasn't too long in the late morning so I would say go early on and try and get to it before the afternoon when it gets busy if your interested. All up we had a really fun day, it's not quite as spectacular as the other world renowned theme parks, but still enjoyable for a full day activity.

My family enjoyed a whole day of fun-filled moments at Lotte world with food and rides. The museum was an amazing learning experience about each Korean dynasty. Aquarium was equally amazing and Belu was the cutest 😍 Thank you trazy for the discounted tickets.

Great Fall break activity for my teens. The only confusing part was that Exit 3 to follow. We used Line 2 and it was exit 4 to follow for collecting our physical ticket. Anyway, kids had fun with friends and I could sit with my own friend for coffee.

The indoor is rather small. Nothing much except the 4D shooting. The outdoor looks more fairy tale with the castle. Mixture of rides for adult and kids. Queue wasn't too bad at this period. I took the horse musical ride and next batch queue was us. Those more adventurous one would probably like those high speed ride roller coaster, the ship swing from left to right, the tower dropping from top to bottom. I would feel that the playground would be more lively if has those cute/fairy tale cartoon characters waking around entertaining & playing with the visitors as per pictures advertise. But I didn't see any. And it didnt has the romantic feel like the korea drama too... If you are not a parent with young kid or not someone who like the adventurous rides, maybe this place might not be so interesting. I was there to take photos so at least have something to do. My friend find it rather boring as nothing much to do.

I always wanted to go at lotte world and thanks to Trazy i managed to get a low price, explanation are fine easy to find the place, i recommand!

The food was great too and not too expensive. The only thing that was a bit annoying were the long waiting times for some of the rides. But nevertheless we would recommend visiting the park!

Because some rides were closed under inspection, more people lined up for the remaining rides. For a weekday it was pretty crowded. The staff inside the park was friendly and served food and drink pretty fast. If you bring your own food and want to relax a bit, you can use the picnic area.

Highly reccomend a trip to Lotte World! Halloween is a great time to try some seasonal treats. Also, the monorail is great and didn’t have a long wait but arrive early for the rollercoasters!

A fun day out to the largest indoor amusement park in the world! Tickets from Trazy were very easy to exchange at the foreigner ticket booth, was all very smooth and easy. The queues for rides can get very long but the rides are fun and there's plenty of places to get food and water along the way.

Lotte world is one of the most pretty place I ever visited attration are great woth « the french revolution » for example. It’s a place every people should go !

I’ve used Trazy every time I come to Korea. It’s super easy. I love Lotte World. So much fun! I didn’t get the magic pass bc I know I won’t take that many rides. But if you love rides you should. It saves time.

I've been to Lotte World a few times without this package and I have to say I wish I had bought this package before. It's an awesome deal. The Magic pass is an amazing time saver which means you can do more in less time which allows for more time to watch the parade and eat. Plus being able to go to the museum too was pretty cool, it was a nice break for after eating and before going on another roller coaster. Would definitely recommend!

It is a must have for us foreigners. I got a discount, with them sending me the ticket as an email attachment I managed to skip the “buy a ticket line”. With having a special ticket for the forniera like this, I managed to skip the “wait to enter line” cuz I was taken to a special office for us alone instead of standing in line with the locals. HOWEVER, the reason I gave this a 3 stars?/ hearts is cuz of a genuine flaw in the lotte world magic pass system. They can’t let people buy magic passes only for them to close the magic pass reservation all day for most high demand games!! That’s absurd !! So yeah.. The discount ticket is great but the magic pass was a useless scam for me. I made sure to go in a weekday... to avoid the crowds but alas! Also, just for the record.... about the icering in the lowest floor below lotte world... the ticket lady and a number of their employees were super rude and spoke banmal to me!! Something they would never do to a Korean! She almost yelled at me when I changed my mind about skiing and asked for a refund! It was my second rudest racist memory in Korea. Be careful non-Koreans... rude employees everywhere!

The waiting time for each ride is about 45-60 minutes even on a weekday that I have chosen to go. I can't imagine the time needed if I don't have the magic pass. I would have spend a bit more and chosen the unlimited magic pass if I have known of the crazy crowd. As such, I have to carefully chose the ride I would go for which is more worthwhile. Will definitely book from this website again in future.

Lotte World was fantastic! The ticket office was easy to find and we got our tickets pretty quickly. My friends and I arrived at 9:30 when the park opened, and we stayed until it closed. We still didn't get to ride everything we wanted to ride! We'll definitely be back soon.

Getting into the park was easy with no problems. The only down side was the wait time for rides was to long. Other than that it was an experience.

This was one of our biggest regrets. Overall, I actually LOVED this place. I’ve been holding off on coming here but I’m glad we finally made it. Lotte World was really fun! There were many attractions and food places to choose from. Sadly enough some attractions were closed due to maintenance, but that didn’t stop our fun. At the end of the day there was this beautiful light show that I really recommend you to go to! It was a light show to celebrate their anniversary, so you do have to look up when it’s still playing because it was a temporary show. I also recommend Lotte World for a date, because I thought it was really fun and also romantic!

The park was lots of fun, the VR experience was particularly good. I got there early on a weekday so the queues were very short. The model village in the folk museum is worth a look!

Very fun Visually Spectacular ! On the way in we grabbed margarita,s from Vatos urban tacos mallside bar in the Lotte world shopping mall. We were Quite smashed really. Regardless we managed to buy the ticket online at the gate a huge saving, Sidestep to the 1hour of Ice skating where my friend skated for the first time & i was speed skating on rental skates OMG so much Margarita courage ! hahaha having an amazing time. Actually we lost any idea of time but it was running out, made our way to the Foreign guest entrance for Lotte world which was challenging, yet we made it in, rented a locker and assumed we put all our shopping and valuables in but we lost things along the way some shopping power bank...hahaha when we finally found the indoor Rollercoaster there was a 70 min estimate wait then an angel appeared out of nowhere and vip'd us to the front of the queue with a magic pass. Thank goodness ! We did see the lights parade and indoor fireworks somewhere in our Chaotic cascade through this indoor entertainment shrine. All in all we miss judged available time and missed a lot but still had an amazing fun time &tale to tell. It was Very cool Very Wow ! Arriving as late as we did the full price would have not been great value. So if your short on time or late or experiencing high times this deal makes it really worthwhile !

Super easy and convenient. I booked just before leaving and went to south gate.. 2 min we were in! We went on a Wednesday and it was litterally empty. We were getting out of a ride and getting in the following one without any waiting time.
