This is a great solution for those who use Incheon as a travel hub. Our family spent seven weeks in Asia (KR, JP, TW) and having this storage option was a great alternative to lugging extra suitcases around. It's conveniently located in Terminal 1 and the stall is easy to find. The suitcases were secure and easy to pick up. However, they labeled them with a sticker that wasn't able to be easily removed from the luggage. Unfortunately, it left permanent residue on our suitcases.

[How to use the service]
Drop-off process
  1. After booking, the local operator will contact you via email within 1-2 days.
  2. If you book on the same day or just 1 day in advance, you will not receive an email. In this case, you can contact the staff directly on the day using the details on your voucher.
  3. On your reserved date, meet the staff at the designated meeting point.
  4. Hand over your luggage and receive a luggage tag.
  5. Your luggage will be stored in a separate warehouse located 5 to 10 minutes from the airport. (For short-term storage of just a few hours, it will be kept at the airport.)

Pick-up process
  1. The staff will bring your luggage to the airport 1 hour before the designated pick-up time.
  2. At the meeting point, show your luggage tag to the staff and pick up your luggage.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
5 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
4 days before the reserved date: 80% refund
3 days before the reserved date: 70% refund
2 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*To change your pickup time, please contact the customer service center at least 1 day before the scheduled pickup date (no later than 6:00 PM KST). Changes requested after this time cannot be accommodated.

Is my luggage insured while in storage?

Yes, your luggage is insured up to a maximum value of $800 for any damage or loss directly caused by the service operator.

Where is my luggage stored?

Your luggage will be securely stored in a dedicated warehouse located 5 to 10 minutes from Incheon Airport.

When will my luggage be delivered to the airport?

The staff will deliver your luggage to the designated terminal 1 hour before your scheduled pick-up time.

Can I change my luggage pickup time?

Yes, you can request a pickup time change by contacting the customer service center at least 1 day in advance, no later than 6:00 PM (KST). Requests made after this deadline cannot be processed.

What if I have more than three bags of the same type?

Please make a separate booking for the additional bags if you have more than three of the same type.

Can I pick up my luggage from a different terminal?

Yes, but you must store your luggage for at least 2 nights to arrange pickup at a different terminal within Incheon Airport.

Can I store a bicycle?

Yes, bicycles can be stored if packed in a proper bike travel bag or box. However, high-value bicycles are not accepted. If you are concerned about scratches or damage, we do not recommend using this service for your bike.

What items are prohibited from storage?

The following items cannot be stored:
- Golf bags
- Skis or snowboards
- Surfboards
- Food items
