How to Use the Service
Pick-up Process
  1. You will be required to fill out a form after completing the reservation. Your reservation will be finalized once the operator confirms the form.
  2. After submitting the form, the local operator will contact you via email within 1-2 days.
  3. If you book only 1 day in advance, you will not receive an email. In this case, you can contact the staff directly using the details on your voucher.
  4. On your reserved date, meet the staff at the designated meeting point.
  5. Show your mobile voucher and passport to collect the item.

  • Rental items cannot be picked up or returned outside of operating hours.
Return Process
  1. The staff will be waiting at the meeting point at the designated return time.
  2. Please return the item directly to the staff.

  • Before returning the equipment, please check to make sure no items are missing. If any items or components are missing, please contact the customer center before returning.
  • If you arrive earlier/later than the time you reserved, the process may be delayed. Please contact the customer center in advance.
  • Rental items cannot be picked up or returned outside of operating hours.

  1. To change your pickup time or terminal, please contact the customer service center at least 1 day before the scheduled pickup date (no later than 6:00pm KST). Changes requested after this time cannot be accommodated.
  2. You will be required to fill out a form after completing the reservation. Your reservation will be finalized once the operator confirms the form. The form must be submitted by 1:00PM (KST) the day before the rental date. If the form is not completed before the visit, there may be a wait time of over 1 hour for pickup, or other issues may arise.

  5. If the equipment is not returned without prior contact, corresponding action will be taken.

[Lost or Damaged Items Policy]
  1. No repair fees will be charged for minor scratches or general wear and tear.
  2. If the product is lost or damaged beyond repair during the rental period, 100% of the product's retail price will be charged. For transparency, a purchase receipt will be provided.

2 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*To change your pickup time, please contact the customer service center at least 1 day before the scheduled pickup date (no later than 6:00 PM KST). Changes requested after this time cannot be accommodated.
