pick ups and bus departures are on time. Overall trip is ok except a bit disorganized as our booking is to strawberry farm and snowy land with 1N accommodation while others do ski only. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful though to sort things out. For family of 4, we were given a basic 2 bedroom apartment at Sono (small towels, shampoo and body wash only provided for toilet). If you have nothing planned the next day, a long wait for bus as it departs only at 5.20pm so recommend to do ski in the morning.
