  • This performance is open to ages 7 and above (born in 2019 or earlier). Children below the minimum age are not permitted, even with a ticket or guardian. Refunds, cancellations, or changes due to failure to meet the age requirement are not permitted on the day of the performance.
  • Age verification may be required on-site. Please present a family relationship certificate, health insurance card, or passport.

  • National Jeongdong Theater Cecil has one designated wheelchair-accessible seat. Visitors using powered wheelchairs will be guided via the accessible entrance.

  1. Please arrive at least 20~30 minutes before the performance to collect your ticket.
  2. Tickets can be collected at the venue starting one hour before the performance.
  3. Late arrivals will be admitted only at designated times and may be assigned alternative seats or refused entry depending on the performance schedule.
  4. Please arrive early, as the area around City Hall and Gwanghwamun often experiences heavy traffic and public demonstrations.
  5. National Jeongdong Theater Cecil is a different venue from the main National Jeongdong Theater. Please check the venue before your visit.
  6. National Jeongdong Theater Cecil has one designated wheelchair-accessible seat. Visitors using powered wheelchairs will be guided via the accessible entrance.
  7. Visitors using powered wheelchairs are required to transfer to a manual wheelchair in the lobby before entering the seating area.
  8. Seating space and storage areas are limited. Please bring only essential personal belongings.
  9. Gifts, food, flowers, and other items for performers are not accepted. Access to backstage and dressing rooms is strictly prohibited. Any flowers delivered to the venue will be disposed of.
  10. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the performance, except during the curtain call if permitted.
  11. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the auditorium, except bottled water with a secure lid.
  12. There is no intermission and re-entry is not permitted after leaving the auditorium.
  13. The venue does not provide on-site parking. Public transportation is strongly recommended.
  14. Tickets cannot be reissued if lost, damaged, or defaced, and resale or transfer through unofficial channels is prohibited.

The performance takes place at National Jeongdong Theater Cecil in Jeong-dong, Seoul. The venue is located near City Hall Station (Lines 1 & 2) and is within walking distance of Deoksugung Palace.
Each performance runs for approximately 50 minutes with no intermission.
