- Children under 3 years old are not included in the headcount unless they occupy a seat.
- Please select the customizable tour option if you would like to plan your own itinerary. Additional fees may apply depending on the selected locations. In this case, we will contact you in advance.
- If you have any bulky items such as strollers, golf bags, or wheelchairs, please make sure to inform us in advance at experience@trazy.com.
- The vehicle is a standard 4-seater and can accommodate up to one 28-inch suitcase or two 24-inch suitcases. Please check your luggage size and quantity in advance.
- The maximum capacity of the vehicle is 4 people. If your group exceeds 4 people, please book a separate vehicle (e.g., 2 vehicles are required for groups of 6 people).
- Parking fees are not included in the tour price. Please pay the parking fees on-site as they occur.

- Tours will proceed as scheduled despite rain or snow. Operations will only be suspended in the event of extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons or tsunami warnings.

Where and when do I get picked up and dropped off?
Pick up is from your hotel in Busan. You can even choose airport pick-up/drop-off at an additional charge if needed.
What are the tour hours? Is there a time limit?
You can choose either a 5 or 8 hour tour. If you exceed the standard duration, an additional fee of 25,000 won per hour will apply.
