This pass is for individuals over 36 months old. Children under 36 months may enter most attractions for free, or may need to pay on site.
The pass can be used once per location and cannot be used multiple times at the same venue.
The pass is activated upon first use on site.
The pass must be activated within 30 days of the date of issue.
Cannot be transferred or resold to others.
Separate coupons and discounts cannot be used together with the pass discount.
Not valid for bus tours, taxi tours, or group travelers with a guide.

[About the Udo Round-trip Ferry]
Please show your pass and redeem your ferry tickets at the submarine ticket office in Seongsan Port. The submarine ticket office is located opposite the main ticket office.

Ticket office opening hours

April~September: 9:00am~3:00pm
October~March: 9:00am~2:00pm

*Ferries depart approximately every 30 minutes. The first and last ferry times vary depending on the season and weather circumstances, so please check the timetable at the port on the day.

You will receive two tickets; one for the ferry ride to Udo Island and one for the ride back. Both tickets must be used on the same day. Those who are staying on Udo Island overnight cannot use the ferry.
Please fill out your boarding card after arriving at the port.
Please bring your ID or passport.
Cars are not allowed on the ferry.
Lost tickets cannot be reissued.

Non-refundable once the voucher has been sent 7 days before your visit date.
Partial refunds for partially used tickets are not possible.
If the ferry to Udo Island is not operating due to weather conditions, you may receive a full refund as long as the pass has not been activated.

Can I use the pass multiple times at the same location?

No, the pass can be used once per location and cannot be used multiple times at the same venue.

Can I use the pass on the day of purchase?

Yes, the pass can be used immediately after purchase on the same day, within the duration of the option purchased.

Will there be any additional charges on site?

There are no additional charges for entrance to the attractions. At cafes, if you choose a menu item different from the one included in the pass, you may need to pay the difference from the discounted price. Experiences and activities, including Geommulle Udo Cave Boat and Udo Submarine, require additional charges on site.

Where can I board the ferry to Udo Island?

You can board the ferry at Seongsan Port. For those who purchased the round-trip ferry ride package, please show your pass and redeem your ferry tickets at the submarine ticket office in Seongsan Port.
