An overtime fee of 15,000 won per hour applies if the driver waits for more than one hour, payable directly to the driver.
The driver can wait if you are in contact. If you cannot be reached for more than 40 minutes, the ride will be canceled without a refund. Please provide the correct contact information when booking.
A baby car seat is available for an additional 20,000 won. Please request this when booking.

[About the pickup zones]

Zone A: Jeju City (within 5 km of Jeju Airport)
- For Jeju National University (Ara Campus) and Jeju International University, an additional fee of 20,000 won may apply depending on the distance. Please pay the additional fees directly to the driver on-site.
Zone B: Aewol, Jocheon
Zone C: Seogwipo City and surrounding areas of Seogwipo

[About the vehicle]

Vehicle type: mini van (Carnival or Staria)
Capacity: up to 6 people, up to 7 pieces of 28-inch luggage, or up to 4 pieces of 32-inch luggage.
Wheelchairs strollers, and bicycles are considered equivalent to two 32-inch suitcases each.
For groups of more than five people with over four 32-inch suitcases, please note that an extra vehicle will need to be arranged.
Pets must be kept in a cage at all times. If a cage is not available, a muzzle is mandatory for safety reasons, and an extra cleaning fee of 50,000 won may be charged on-site.
