Are you too busy to have your house thoroughly cleaned or simply looking for someone to do your housework? Simply let Trazy know what time you would like your house cleaned, and Trazy Crew will have an experience house cleaner come to your house and clean your house spot clean!

[House Cleaning Service]
1. Cleaning refers to dusting and basic arranging to look tidy and neat. Cleaning does not include specialized cleaning such as removal of stains/mold/odor.
2. Cleaning person will not clean the inside of drawers, cupboards, shelves, and closets.
3. If you do not have one of the required cleaning tools, cleaning service may be limited.

Included in the cleaning service

1. Kitchen
- Tidy dining table
- Wash the dishes
- Clean the gas range/induction top

2. Bathroom
- Clean toilet bowl, basin, drainage area, shower booth/bathtub, mirror, basin top
- Scrub bathroom floor

3. Bedroom
- Tidy sheets
- Clean tabletops and vanity table
- Vacuum and mop floor
*Cleaning of drawers, cupboards, closets is not included

4. Common area
- Clean furniture
- Vacuum and mop floor
- Fold any laundry that is pre-hung and dry
*Cleaning of drawers, cupboards, closets is not included.

5. Entrance area
- Clean entrance area and tidy shoes
*Tiding the inside of the shoe closet is not included

6. Throw away trash
- Dry/general garbage and food waste

Additional cleaning service (You can choose one)

1. Wash clothes in the washing machine
- 1 load only
- Must be pre-loaded and separated

2. Clean window ledges
- Basic cleaning only
- Window (exterior/interior) cleaning, mold removal, special cleaning not available

3. Clean balcony/veranda
- Basic sweep and cleaning only
- Rearranging items and mold removal is not available

*The following services are NOT provided*
1. Hand laundry
2. Mopping the floor with hands (without broom type mop)
3. Any type of cooking
4. Cleaning for moving (moving in or out)
5. Cleaning of appliances such as air conditioner, washer, dryer, electric fan, and dishwasher)
6. Cleaning of any monitors or screens such as television and computer monitor
7. Window cleaning
8. Curtain or blinds cleaning
9. Any type of child or pet care

[On the Cleaning Day]
1. You can choose to be in the house or be remote. If you choose not to be in the house, you must provide information about entering your house.
2. If you have any pets, they MUST BE inside a kennel/cage.
3. Please store your valuables in a safe place.
4. Once the cleaning is done, you will be notified.

[Required Cleaning Tools]
Please make sure you have the following cleaning items ready.
*If you do not have any of the items, the cleaning services may be limited.

1. Vacuum
2. Mop/floor cleaner (any type of broom type wet floor cleaner)
3. Rubber cleaning gloves (dishwashing rubber gloves)
4. Rags or surface cleaning cloth (towels or microfiber cloth)
5. Multi-purpose cleaning chemical/agent (spray type)
6. Scrubber/dish sponge
7. Plastic trash bags (standardized garbage bags for your district)
8. Food waste trash bag (standardized garbage bags for your district)

2. Incheon (except Ganghwa, Woongjin, Yeongjeondo area)
3. Gyeonggi-do: Suwon, Guri, Hanam, Anyang, Uijeongbu, Gunpo, Gwancheon, Uiwang, Seongnam, Goyang, Gwangmyeong, Bucheon, Siheung, Osan, Ansan (except Deabudo), Yongin (Giheung & Suji area only), Incheon
4. Limited Gyeonggi-do areas: Gimpo, Namyangju, Gwangju, Paju, Hwaseong
*If you live in a limited area, Trazy Crew will let you know in advance.

[How to book the service]
1. Choose an option. Select the "Request a quote" option if you cannot find the right option for you.
2. Select your preferred date and time.
3. Please answer all of the questions on the required information and complete checkout.
4. Once you complete checkout, Trazy Crew will contact you with a quoted price and payment link.
5. Once you complete the payment, Trazy Crew will send you a final confirmation email with full details.

注意事项

1. Please store your valuables in a safe place.
2. If you have pets, they MUST be put inside a kennel/cage.
3. If you do not have all of the required cleaning tools, the cleaning services maybe limited.
4. If you request laundry service, please separate your clothes and have your laundry loaded in the washer machine. If you need to hang dry your laundry, please make sure your have a clothes hanger.
5. If you are not home or fail to provide the wrong information on how to enter your house, the cleaning session will be canceled and you will not receive any refund.

2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
