This ticket is only available for non-Korean nationals. A valid ID (i.e. passport or foreign registration card) will be needed to verify your foreign nationality.
You must complete a boarding declaration and exchange it for a paper ticket after confirming your ID at the ticket office. (Admission with mobile tickets is not possible due to ID verification procedures)
Sunset times vary throughout the season and it is not guaranteed that you will see the sunset on the cruise. Please refer to the average monthly sunset times below before booking your tour.

[About parking]

Free parking is available at 86-5 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (map) (Enter the Yeouido Hangang Park 1st parking lot and drive straight to the exclusive zone for E-Cruise parking)
However, during weekends and the spring flower festival in April, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested, so we strongly advise using public transportation. (In case you are unable to board on the day of reservation due to parking and traffic congestion, you cannot cancel or move your reservation.)

Upon arrival at the ticket office, please fill out the boarding declaration and exchange it for a paper ticket after your ID is verified.

All participants must present a valid photo ID upon boarding.
You MUST come to the terminal at least 20 minutes before the departure. The cruise will depart right on the scheduled time and WILL NOT WAIT for those who are late. No refunds or changes can be made for being late.
Please be noted that the booking may be canceled in case of lack of participants. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
Dietary note for Muslim tourists: Halal food is not prepared but some seafood dishes and vegetarian salad dishes are available.
The cruise will operate as scheduled even on rainy days unless there is severe wind. If the cruise operation is canceled by the cruise company, a full refund will be issued.

I'm running a few minutes late due to traffic. Will the cruise wait?

Unfortunately, the cruise departs exactly on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds or changes will be issued for missed cruises. Please make sure to arrive at the terminal at least 20 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in.

What should I bring to board the E-land Ferry Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Hangang River?

All passengers are required to present a valid photo ID with their name on it. Accepted forms include:

- Alien Registration Card (ARC)
- Driver's license

How do I get to the Yeouido Han River Ferry Terminal?

Get off at Yeouinaru station (Line 5 여의나루) and take exit 3.
Walk straight along the riverside for about 500m toward the 63 City Building.
You will find "E-land Cruise" terminal on your left. Please collect your tickets at Ticket Booth (매표소) in front of the terminal.
