  1. This tour departs with a minimum of 4 participants. If the tour is canceled due to a lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
  2. Punctuality is key. Please strictly observe the meeting time. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
  3. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or participants with heart, neck, or back conditions.
  4. Life jackets and headgear must be worn at all times while on the water. Please follow the instructions of the safety guards for your safety.
  5. Available water rides may vary depending on on-site conditions or weather. Please note that not all rides may be in operation at all times.
  6. The tour will proceed as scheduled in light rain. Please bring a raincoat or umbrella.
  7. In the event of heavy rain (e.g., a forecast of 5mm per hour or more) or thick fog that prevents sunset or night view visibility, you will be notified in advance and a full refund will be issued.
