- Please arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before departure time.
- Late arrivals will NOT be allowed to board, and no refunds will be issued.
- You must carry your PASSPORT on the day of the tour.
- Life jackets must be worn at all times during the experience.
- For safety purposes, children under 36 months old and pregnant women are not permitted to ride the canoe.
- If canoeing at Chuncheon Mulle-gil is canceled due to severe weather such as typhoon, strong winds, or heavy rain, a full refund will be issued.
- In case of light rain, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and free ponchos will be provided.
- Please take care of your electronic devices.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No food, alcohol, or smoking is permitted.
