Please make sure you arrive at the meeting location at least 10 minutes before departure. No refunds or changes can be made for participants who miss the shuttle bus, including those who are 10 minutes or more late.
Goggles and helmets are available for rental on site with an additional fee.
Gloves, socks, and neck warmers are available for purchase on site with an additional fee.
Please note that some slopes may not be available depending on weather conditions.

What is a moving walk and lift pass?

The lift pass grants you access to ski lifts, taking you up the slopes, and the moving walk helps beginners easily ascend shorter learning areas.

Is there a minimum age requirement for snow activities?

Yes, participants must be at least 3 years old to join the sled activity, and 5 years old or older to join skiing, snowboarding, or the sightseeing lift. The maximum age limit for all activities is 70 years old.

Is ski equipment rental included?

Equipment and clothes are included in the ski or snowboard options. The snow fun package includes a snow sled rental or 1 round-trip scenic lift ride pass.
