- Traffic near the Yachting Center can be congested, so please arrive at least 10 minutes before your boarding time.
- Please wait at the "iloveyouyacht" boarding area, where your reservation voucher will be checked before boarding.
- Please be punctual as the yacht cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued for missing the yacht.
- The tour operates rain or shine. Specially designed rain covers are installed on the 1st and 2nd floors, allowing you to enjoy the tour in the spacious indoor area during rainy weather. However, if operation is not possible due to severe weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.
- Customers may be held responsible for any damage to property caused by negligence.

What happens if it rains on the day?
The tour operates rain or shine. Specially designed rain covers are installed on the 1st and 2nd floors, allowing you to enjoy the tour in the spacious indoor area during rainy weather. However, if operation is not possible due to severe weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.
How long is the yacht ride?
The public yacht tour lasts approximately 50 minutes, while the private yacht charter is available for 60 minutes.
Where is the meeting point and when should I arrive?
Please arrive at Dock 5 at the Suyeong Bay Yachting Center at least 10 minutes before your boarding time. Please be punctual as the yacht cannot wait for late arrivals.
Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?
Bringing your own food and drinks is allowed on private tours only. However, please avoid foods with strong odors or items like wine that may leave stains. For public tours, outside food is not permitted, but light refreshments are provided onboard for your enjoyment.
